TasteSense Sweet

With the TasteSense Sweet range we can reduce sugar and meet nutrition targets while maintaining the sweetness, taste, texture and overall mouthfeel sugar brings to products. TasteSense Salt

By leveraging our fermentation, extraction and cooking expertise, Kerry has developed a toolbox of solutions that deliver on salt and umami taste while reducing the amount of sodium in a product. TasteSense Salt solutions improve taste perception while rebalancing the overall eating experience. Solutions can be applied to prepared meals, soups, sauces, snack seasonings, bakery and savoury spreads. TasteSense Salt is flexible across applications including vegetarian, white meat and tomato-based products.

Use TasteSense Salt to:
  • Reduce salt up to 50% (depending on application)

  • Deliver salty and umami taste perception

  • Deliver a balanced taste with a clean after-taste

  • Deliver a natural, clean taste experience that is not based on Potassium Chloride (KCL)
