Natural stocks: Made from scratch using natural ingredients and time. We slowly simmer meaty bones, vegetables and herbs, then strain and reduce for taste and aroma impact.

Natural reductions: Made using farm-sourced chicken and beef bones, which deliver authentic richness. These ambient or chilled pastes are based on our natural stocks.

Natural umami reduction: We apply our fermentation know-how to our natural reductions process then incorporate the delicious taste of umami to create ambient or chilled pastes.

Demi glazes: Our demi glaze ambient pastes deliver a chef-quality solution with high impact flavour and authentic savoury notes.

Bouillons: This range includes dry-blended and fat-based bouillons. These products deliver rich, savoury, high impact flavours and delicious taste.

We offer fresh, flavourful and complex beef, pork, chicken and seafood flavours for every application across a range of labelling requirements.
