Edmond Scanlon | CEO and Executive Director, Kerry Group

Edmond joined Kerry’s Graduate Programme in 1996, after graduating from University College Cork with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and since then he has held a range of senior leadership positions across three geographical regions. In October 2017, Edmond was named Kerry Group’s CEO and Executive Director and provides executive oversight of all areas of the business.

Prior to this role, Edmond’s roles included Vice President of Finance, Supply Chain and Operations of Kerry's Global Flavours Division, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions in Kerry Americas, and Global President of Kerry’s Applied Health & Nutrition division. In 2012, he was named President of Kerry China and later promoted to CEO of Kerry Asia Pacific, where he led a series of transformational investments, including the establishment of a regional Technology & Innovation Centre in Singapore, and new production facilities in six countries.




Marguerite Larkin | Executive Director and Group CFO, Kerry Group

Marguerite Larkin was appointed Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer, Kerry Group on 30 September 2018. Marguerite is responsible for the Group’s strategic initiatives across investments and capital structure, to ensure maximum shareholder value, as well as the overall financial management of the company, including financial reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Kerry Group, Marguerite was a senior partner with Deloitte and held a number of leadership roles within Deloitte Ireland including Audit Assurance and Risk Advisory Leader, Head of Consumer Business Industry Practice, Client & Industries Partner, and was a member of the Executive Committee. During this time, Marguerite served as lead client partner for a number of multinationals operating in a broad range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and technology. Marguerite is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Masters in Accountancy.




Gerry Behan | Global President & CEO

Gerry joined Kerry’s Graduate Programme as a Staff Accountant and Controller in 1986 after graduating from University College Cork. In 1988, he transferred to the U.S. to serve as the Financial Division Controller overseeing the Beatreme acquisition, Kerry’s largest and most significant acquisition at the time. During his 30-year career, Gerry has held a number of senior financial and business management roles, including Chief Operating Officer for the Americas region.

In 2008, Gerry was appointed President & CEO for the Americas region, where he led out regional advancement of the 1 Kerry vision. In 2011, he was appointed to his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer for Kerry’s global Taste and Nutrition business, where he led the global implementation of 1 Kerry and Kerry’s evolution to become the industry’s leading taste and nutrition company.




Michelle Healy | Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Michelle joined Kerry in 2018, bringing with her a track record of building competitive advantage across global listed businesses through a focus on leadership capability, talent-pipeline quality, and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Michelle was Chief People & Culture Officer for ISS World Services A/S, a Danish listed global facilities services company with operations in over 70 countries. Prior to joining ISS, as Director, Group Integrated Change Programme with SABMiller plc, Michelle led the design and deployment of a groupwide Target Operating Model. Earlier in her career, Michelle held a number of senior HR, M&A and General Management roles across Europe and Asia Pacific with British American Tobacco plc, most recently as General Manager UK & Ireland.

Michelle is also a non-Executive Director with PageGroup plc, a FTSE listed global recruitment business. Michelle holds a BA from Dublin City University and an MBA from TiasNimbas in the Netherlands.




Brian Mehigan | Chief Strategy Officer

Brian joined Kerry Group in 1989, from the financial services firm Deloitte (Touche Ross). Brian was appointed Group Controller in 1991 and Group CFO and Executive Director in 2001. Following 17 years on the board as Group CFO, Brian was appointed Group Chief Strategy Officer in October 2018. Across a thirty-year period, Brian has seen Kerry transform from a small cooperative in the south west of Ireland to the global leader in the Taste and Nutrition industry today. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a graduate of University College Cork.




Catherine Keogh | VP Corporate Affairs & Communications

As Group Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications, Catherine is responsible for leading Kerry’s brand strategy; external stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, issues and crisis management, and sustainability and community strategy. She joined Kerry Taste & Nutrition in October 2016 as Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Business Planning for Europe, bringing a proven track record in strategic marketing leadership, B2B brand building, integrated communications and developing innovative strategies to fuel rapid business growth.

Previously, Catherine served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Alltech, where she originated and led a globally integrated marketing and communications strategy and served as a key member of the leadership team. She is a graduate of Dublin City University and the University of Cologne and holds an MBA from Smurfit Business School in Dublin.




Gavin Caplis | Group Director Business Development

Gavin joined Kerry in 1999 from Schlumberger plc, where he worked in a variety of roles in finance in the UK and France, including Financial Controller for Southern Europe. In his early years at Kerry, Gavin worked in a variety of finance roles primarily focused on acquisitions, divestitures and strategy.

He spent five years in Europe before he was transferred to US as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2004, to lead the development and execution of the Kerry M&A pipeline in North and South America, returning to Kerry headquarters in Ireland in 2009 as Head of M&A for Kerry Group.

Gavin has led Kerry’s M&A activity in over 150 transactions, including Quest Ingredients, Cargill Flavours and Red Arrow. In his role, he leads the engagement with Kerry’s relationship banks on all matters M&A related and actively works with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage M&A activity for the Kerry Group globally.
