Her role requires her to proactively monitor market landscapes and evolving consumer behaviors, and use this insight to identify food and beverage trends across the European market and identify areas of opportunity for both Kerry and our customers.
Elizabeth works as an Associate Scientist on the Beverage Applications team at Kerry, developing coffee extracts from the bean up. She brings together the art of roasting and blending coffee beans with the science of coffee extraction to create tailored products for Kerry’s customers and diverse portfolio of premium coffee extracts.
Elizabeth is part of Kerry’s marketing team, focusing on the meat and appetizer industries. Her role focuses on analyzing marketplace trends and translating them into innovative new products for Kerry customers. In a typical day, she is planning, executing and facilitating ideation sessions, equipping the Kerry sales and R&D teams with the latest and greatest trends in the food industry and communicating Kerry’s product portfolio to new and existing customers.
