Kerry Ingredients & Flavours brings it all together at CFIA Rennes

Stop thinking about ingredients, start creating new solutions! That’s the message to the French Food & Beverage industry from Kerry Ingredients & Flavours at CFIA Rennes 2010.

Kerry Ingredients & Flavours is the new organisation that unites Kerry’s extensive international ingredients, bio-science, sweet & fruit and flavours business units, under the theme: “where it all comes together”.

Kerry’s recent integration now provides its customers with a single point of contact, to access its market applications expertise and broad technology base. Its goal is helping customers build consumer-preferred products faster than they do now, and for better value. In the current economic environment this approach provides a compelling proposition for manufacturers, seeking to innovate more quickly and cost effectively when compared with the normal approach of having to co-ordinate a number of different suppliers of single technologies.

At the show, concepts on the Kerry Ingredients & Flavours’ stand (A22/B19, Hall 9), will speak to current trends and markets needs across the meat, culinary and cheese end-use markets. These demonstrate the kind of cost-effective, consumer-preferred products that are possible: ham without nitrates, low fat pate, no additives sausage and a lasagne ready meal.

Kerry Ingredients & Flavours address the needs of finished food categories across Savoury and Dairy, Cereal and Sweet, and Beverage. Its technologies provide solutions for taste, texture, health and nutrition, process functionality and visual appeal.
